oneSIS is an open-source software tool aimed at simplifying diskless cluster management. This tool provides a simple, yet highly flexible method for configuring, deploying and managing diskless Linux clusters. With oneSIS's centralized configuration, a single master image can easily accommodate the many different functional roles required by a cluster.
This BOF will start with a short presentation describing oneSIS's unique approach to diskless clusters, followed by Q&A and group discussion. We intend for this to be a free-flowing discussion among the attendees about their experiences with diskless clusters and tools, as well as their ideas for the future development of oneSIS.
